The Finance Minister of U.P SURESH KUMAR KHANNA gives a list of figure of Rs 8.09 Lakh Crore for Budget. He announced in budget among Rs 8.09 Lakh Crore are for the U.P overall development. He said 22% of budget has been allocated for development purpose only, 13% of budget allocated for the development on Modern education, 11% budget are for development on Agricultural sector purpose and 6% of budget allocated for the health and medical development.
Mr. Suresh Kumar Khanna start his budget announcement for addressing by expressing Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and highlighting the development in the State under C.M Leadership. And he said '' We focused on research, development and information technology in the budget.''
The Finance Minister has announced one more interesting thing on his NINETH budget that he commenced his presentation for the benefit of the Mahakumbh festival being , held in Prayagraj infrastructure development and the growth within the state across 10 SECTORS like: Agriculture, Industry, Infrastructure, IT and Electronics, Health and Medical, Education, Tourism, Urban and Rural development, Financial service, Energy and Capital Investment.

-Under the UJJWALA SCHEME two free cylenders will be provided.
-Under the SOLAR POLICY 3000Surya Mitras will provide in the AYODHYA CITY.
-Under the FARMER WELFARE FUND the government had provide Rs 1050 for the accident of the FARMER and their disability.
-In the LUCKNOW city the Government provide development for ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE and Park for technology research in CYBER Security worth Rs 5 Crore.
-Under the RANI LAKSHAMI SCOOTY Yojana , the government allocated Rs 400 Crore for the distribution of Scooter to the GIRLS, who are pursuing their Higher Education.
-Under the scheme JAL JEEVAN MISSION the budget was also allocate Rs 4500 Crore for the availability of water in rural areas.
-The budget provide Rs 800 Crore for MUKHYAMANTRI GREEN ROAD SCHEME and Rs 250 Crore for the state 's ZERO POVERTY SCHEME as well.
- The Finance Minister also announced to give more focus on Research and Education in Agriculture Sector and they will constructed FIVE Agricultural University.
-Under the MNNREGA scheme the Budget has target of creating 34 Crore human day for the year 2025-26 will Rs 5372 Crore
-The Budget has announced Rs 24 Crore provide for the laptops/ smart phones and etc, the personal revenue of state for online work and Rs 550 Crore allocated for Chief Minister 's Mass Marriages scheme to grants for the daughter's marriages to (all catogaries).
- Rs 900 Crore for general catogory of pre-10 and post-10 Scholarship schemes.
-The Finance Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna also announced the construction of four new EXPRESS WAY under the State development.
- Mr Khanna had said that Government of U.P has already started ZERO POVERTY ABHIYAN fron October 2 2024 on the occasion of Gandhi Jyanti .
According to the government data the state economy was in difficult position on 2017 has now increase with the GSDP projected to reach Rs 27.51 Lakh Crore for the financial year 2025-25.
